Client Rights
Our goal is to provide our clients with the services which allow the highest possible
quality of life and independence. To reach this goal, we must assure the integrity of the
people, the processes and the assets needed and enhance them where possible. A part of
that process is to provide avenues which allow individuals to report a problem.
If this problem might be considered abuse, neglect or exploitation, the number to call
is the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services hotline at 1-800-252-5400.
If this is a complaint about the agency or agency staff, call your direct services
agency or your case manager. This will result in an investigation which follows precise
state regulations. Another alternative is to call the Texas Department of Aging and
Disability Services.
