Compensation: $18.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly voice answering calls and assisting clients, attendants, and case managers with care and professionalism.
- Manage payroll utilization to ensure accurate payments and balanced budgets, using provided reports to keep everything on track.
- Keep client records up-to-date with status and address changes, ensuring smooth documentation for discharges and transfers.
- Help create and modify annual client budgets, including updating attendant pay rates as needed.
- Track payroll expenses, ensure compliance, and proactively communicate with clients or supervisors when budgets need attention.
- Organize and save client documents accurately for our Compliance Department.
- Respond to client inquiries with empathy, seeking support from colleagues or supervisors when needed.
- Follow Corrective Action Plans and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to T.A.C. Title 26, Part 1, Chapter 264 regulations and comply with federal, state, and company policies.
- Take on additional tasks with a can-do attitude to support our team and clients.
Who We’re Looking For

- A compassionate communicator with active listening skills, ready to connect with healthcare professionals, clients, and families.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking), with a willingness to engage with diverse communities.
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus, but not required!
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a bonus!
- 1 year of healthcare experience is highly preferred, plus 1-2 years in a customer service or clerical role.
- Comfortable with MS Word and Excel 2010, and eager to learn agency-specific software. (Skills testing for Excel and 10-key will be administered.)
- Can type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ready to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods and writing up to 3 hours daily.
- Able to reach, use a keyboard with finger dexterity, and communicate clearly.
- Normal vision, hearing, and mobility to navigate the workplace.
