Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? CDS is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist to join our dedicated team in San Antonio. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure our clients receive the care they deserve by managing billing processes and resolving claim issues with precision and care.

 What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary billing contact for assigned offices.
• Manage accounts receivable and reduce aging claims over 90 days.
• Review, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims.
• Monitor and work timely filing deadlines and denial reports.
• Apply payments, adjustments, and initiate refunds as needed.
• Collaborate with service advisors and payroll specialists to resolve client or budget issues.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.

 What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 2–3 years of billing experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and 10-key data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for keyboard use.
• Clear communication and normal vision/hearing range.
