Disability Services of
the Southwest (DSSW) is seeking an HR Electronic Records Coordinator for
our Corporate Headquarters.

Texas by providing home care, nursing, and therapy in their homes. We work hard

The HR
Electronic Records Coordinator is responsible for managing the
personnel records for their assigned agencies. They build, maintain, and track
these records. They are a liaison; answering questions from the field and
monitoring rosters to ensure that what we have in Corporate is an accurate
reflection of what is out in the agency.
Tasks:
· Serve as the primary
contact with employees for documents needed to assure that personnel files are
current.
· Respond to office
staff or employee questions regarding personnel records.
· Oversee the management
of electronic and/or paper-based information by building and maintaining
current personnel records and maintain tracking and electronic storage of same
records in company HRIS and service management systems.
· Perform ongoing
routine audits of records in both HRIS and service management system to ensure
that all entries match the personnel file.
· Ensuring personnel
records are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and company
policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Support offices sites
during internal, external licensure and/or external compliant audits.
Experience and
Education:
· High school diploma or
GED required.
· Strong attention to
detail (i.e. strong in organizing records, working in a formal – process driven
environment).
· Must have excellent data
entry skills using MS office applications.
· Experience working in
an online records management tool, scanning and imaging documents; experience
in records management, complex records database systems, scanning/imaging
documents preferred.
· Ability to handle
difficult employees and situations, ability to meet deadlines and understand
the time issues involved in records request handling.
