Consumer Directed Services in Texas (CDS) seeks an CDS EVV Specialist to join our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) team.

Position Summary: As part of our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Department; The EVV Specialist provides education and support to CDS employers and employees on utilizing Electronic Visit Verification, which is a digital time management system. The EVV Specialist is responsible for facilitating the administrative and technical functions of the EVV Department. The EVV Specialist will perform such tasks as maintaining client profiles and demographics, help our client’s complete system onboarding and meet training requirements set by the Texas HHSC department, as well as maintain visit data integrity through payroll, billing and state compliance.
Tasks:
- Supports customer support and/or intake by providing backup and responding to questions regarding EW.
- Educates and provides individualized support to individuals on responsibilities relating to the EW (Electronic Visit Verification) system.
- Assist with processing of new clients/employees following established procedures set out in Intake Flow Chart.
- Provide technical assistance and training to clients regarding the State's EVV requirements
- Responsible for checking fax line and/or email boxes and distributing to appropriate departments as assigned.
- Upon receipt of all forms required, review and process according to appropriate program rules.
- Ensure all documents are in compliance with HHSC CDS regulations.
- Responsible for completing multiple reports of different data types and be familiar in Microsoft Excel navigation.
- Perform on-going file maintenance accurately and timely.
- - Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal communication to inform employers of missing documentation.
- - Maintain records and complete clients for transfer to service advisor if assigned.
- Observe confidentiality policies at all times.
- Comply with federal, state, & company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- One to two years of related work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
- Must be able to demonstrate competence with computer applications such as MS Word and have the ability to learn agency-specific software readily.
- Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multi-tasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated gross salary between $33,280 and $37,440.
