Our Odessa office is growing, and we’re seeking contract therapists to perform assessments and evaluations for individuals with disabilities.


About DSSW:

DSSW is the largest provider in Texas for CLASS program participants, primarily serving severely disabled children, as well as adults with disabilities. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care—and we need professionals like you to help us continue that mission.


?What You’ll Do:

·         Conduct recreational therapy assessments and evaluations

·         Develop individualized plans to support client goals and well-being

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

·         Work independently with flexible scheduling


What We’re Looking For:

·         Licensed or certified Recreational Therapist in Texas

·         Experience working with children and adults with disabilities

·         Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills

·         Compassionate, dependable, and professional
