As the largest provider for the CLASS program in the state, we are proud to support individuals with significant disabilities—especially children—and adults in need of ongoing care.
The Opportunity:
Our Longview office is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists to join us on a contract basis. This role primarily involves conducting assessments and evaluations for individuals in Longview and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
· Perform in-home assessments and evaluations for CLASS program participants
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized service plans
· Provide expert recommendations to enhance quality of life and independence
· Serve a diverse population, including children with severe disabilities and adults with ongoing needs

Requirements:
· Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
· Experience with pediatric and/or adult disability populations preferred
· Strong communication and documentation skills
· Reliable transportation for travel within the service area
